In about one hour I will be leaving for our second try at IUI. We were supposed to leave early this morning, but the clinic called saying that the nurse is coming in late today. So I have a few extra hours to get ready – enjoy breakfast and update my blog.
I am not near as nervous as I was last time – I guess it helps to know what to expect.
A blogger friend of mine suggested for K and I to do something to make our IUI special...so it is not just a medical procedure. So last month we went out for breakfast and got some popcorn (which happens to be my very favorite snack) then after the procedure we took some pictures, and just had fun conversation during the time I have to lay on the table. Today we'll do the same - maybe even have breakfast for lunch! :)
